To optimize workspaces, we collect people’s perception on how the physical surroundings of the workspace support current work processes and the need for being productive. The survey consists of a two-part questionnaire:

1. Culture & habits (single answer)
2. A diary (answered daily for 3-5 consecutive days)

Insight to how people are supported in their work processes and where new design can improve it. We use the insights to create best in class design practices and guiding principles for the workplace interior design.

Pre and post analysis enables us to optimize the workplace even more when it comes to creating areas that supports the different workstyles in a hybrid working environment.
