Workstyle Personas lead towards more personalised working experiences
We investigate workstyles and preferences to estimate the size of the 6 different Workstyle Personas at the workplace. Secondly, we collect relevant information to discover the various work processes and support facilities at the current workplaces. Thirdly, we collects information about future preferences.
Recognising and appreciating the differences in workspace set-up between the different Workstyle Personas. It supports higher productivity, better quality work, wellbeing and sense of belonging.
Combining persona with workspace usage enable us to optimise the workplace to the needs of the users.
