CONNECTING PEOPLE AT PLAÇA MAJOR

How do we reach higher performance goals and strengthen collaboration? How do we move away from single cell offices and formal hierarchy? How do we build our work community and sense of belonging?

The workplace design for ISS Spain is an activity-based solution, over 2 inter-connected work floors. The ground floor hosts meeting and training facilities and work café, while the first floor has numerous activity-based settings including homebases, open and closed collaboration spaces. At the project centre is Plaça Major, an open social staircase designed for gatherings, townhall events and daily interaction between colleagues.
