How do we reduce the physical office footprint and support new ways of working, post pandemic? How do we create a new workplace where business culture and identity come to life? How do we ensure a happy and healthy workplace for people and their pets?

The workplace design for Mars is an optimized solution that supports hybrid activity-based work, with striking use of colour and visual features reflect the client’s contemporary global outlook, culture, and identity. At the project centre the plaza becomes the meeting point, connecting two business units, with shared space for collaboration. Further in-house wellbeing initiatives are made, including light exercise, massage and yoga. Not forgetting Copenhagen’s first pet hotel for domestic animals to spend the day at work!
