What does the future of Work look like? How do you know what the right solution is? How do you make a decision like that, a decision worth millions of GBP?

By redesigning 4 strategic locations across the UK we could test, trial and experiment before deciding how to right-size and upgrade the client’s vast global real-estate portfolio to fit the future of work. As such, we created a live Living Lab environment, comprising interior design modifications, new experience and service designs. This process entailed new ways of collaborating, co-creating, innovating and enhancing workflows. Pre and post survey measurements were taken to document the project’s successes and learnings.
