The global development and implementation of this Curated Workplace Experience strategy for an international financial institution has proven an effective tool for employee attraction, retention and productivity. Through analytics and experience design we connected the client’s business strategy directly to the workplace services. The decision making process was driven by people-centric data, which further initiated trial pilots and user-focused  programs. The key to success here, is really understanding what people need to be their best.
