How do we create a workspace to nurture synergies across 2 geographical locations? How do we safeguard an inclusive workplace culture for new employees who haven’t yet joined the company? How do we create a brand showcase and present a world leader in IFS?
ISS Hub is a hybrid workplace that brings the best from 2 capital cities, namely Copenhagen and Warsaw. 60% of the floorplan is dedicated for planned, digital or informal collaboration, with this central loop of activity framing the middle courtyard. Through seamless blending of physical and digital environments the new workplace presents a fit for purpose model to drive talent attraction/ retention and productive user engagement.
